Product Description:
Characterized by their flat, disc-like shape without a raised hub. They are machined from alloy steel plates (ASTM A182 materials) and are attached to the pipe via a single fillet weld around the circumference on the backside. The face is typically Flat Face (FF) or Raised Face (RF) for lower classes.

Key Parameters:
Typically used in ASME B16.5 Class 150 and Class 300 ratings. Sizes are commonly available from 1/2" to 24" and larger. They conform to dimensional standards but are not recommended for high-stress services. Material specifications follow ASTM A182 for the relevant alloy grade.
